The Dolley Family Story

Louise Dolley wrote her story in two parts. Her tale of the move to White Pines is the more well known. She also wrote a travelogue of a trip up Highway 4 from Murphys to Ebbetts Pass; her descriptions of locations are a rare source of information about some of the places along the road that have changed significantly, or almost disappeared, today.
